Yael stone, who is a New York City based Australian resident, portrayed Lorna the character of Morello Orange Is the New Black in 2013. Yael completed her studies at NIDA. Yael was fortunate to be able to collaborate with some of Australia's most renowned storytellers. She has worked behind-the-scenes on film, television as well as theatre. Yael enjoys a rich career with a thriving career in Australia. A continuing collaboration with Australia's much-lauded director Neil Armfield culminated in the internationally-renowned production Diary of a Madman, in which she starred opposite Academy- Emmy- and Tony Award-winning actor Geoffrey Rush. Yael's new life in New York City began when her production was critically acclaimed at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Yael was co-founder of The Cannery. The Cannery promotes creative creativity, writing and artistic endeavors from the Bushwick studio.
